How to Redeem

  • Please download the E ticket from dashboard after completion of booking
  • Approach the restaurant reception and show your ticket for scanning.
  • Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the restaurant.

  • The restaurant operates daily, and guests are kindly requested to arrive on time.
  • Smart casual and respectful attire is required.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the premises.
  • The venue reserves the right to deny entry for non-compliance with these guidelines.
  • The management will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
  • For bookings which include transfer services, eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are not permitted as per our terms and conditions.
  • Bookings at Gastronomy are not available on blackout dates, including Easter, Valentine’s Day, Iftar, Eid, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Diwali, and Chinese New Year

⚠️ 50% charge if canceled within 72–24 hours
❌ 100% charge within 24 hours of departure
⚠️ In the event of weather-related restrictions, the charter may be rescheduled or refunded
